Back in August, we mentioned that our preferred automaker had some pretty big plans for the future. Just one of the many included bringing its stylish luxury sedan, the Quoris to the United States. True to their word, Kia is releasing it next year as the K900.
With the release of the Cadenza to dealerships, fans of Kia luxury might believe they've seen it all. They'd be wrong. The K900 promises to be even more upscale, offering a premium experience that seeks to rival that of the foremost German automakers.
The K900 offers a full-size chassis with an elegantly-realized take of the tiger-nosed snout, refined bodylines and creases, and a regal stance. It would seem Kia designed this model to emanate not just luxury, but a hidden musculature that's subtly stated beneath its accented metal.
This is bolstered by the car's impressive V6 and V8 underpinnings. A 3.8-liter V6 comes standard with 311 horsepower, while the automaker's first-ever Tau 5.0-liter V8 offers a more potent 420 horsepower.
The car's interior is a virtual mecca of comfort amenities and executive-class accommodations. The V8 models even come with a full-length panoramic sunroof to enjoy light by day, and the stars by night. High quality furnishings are also on hand, adding to the refined ambiance of the upscale cabin.
The K900 will arrive at Fox Kia in early 2014. If you'd like to find out more about this vehicle and get word on when it arrives, get in touch with us here at our Grand Rapids, MI dealership. We can arrange a test drive for you when it gets in.
