1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  A purchase, quote, or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. 

2. Eligibility. The Fox Kia South Customer Grand Opening Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of Michigan who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.  Employees and immediate family members of the Sponsor (defined below) are not eligible to win.  Participation constitutes Entrants' full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.  Winning the Prize (defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.  Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sponsor. Fox Kia South, located in Grand Rapids, Michigan (the "Sponsor").

4. Timing. The Giveaway will be conducted in connection with the Fox Kia South Customer Grand Opening on Thursday, July 9, 2026 and concludes at 6:00 p.m. ET on Thursday, July 9, 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.

5. Entry. During the Promotion Period, eligible individuals ("Entrants") may enter by completing an entry form provided by Sponsor at the Fox Kia South Customer Grand Opening. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase, quote, or payment of any kind will not increase an Entrant's chances of winning. Limit one (1) entry per person. Entrants may only win once.

6. Selection of Winner. One (1) winner (the "Winner") will be selected in a random drawing at 6:00 p.m. ET on Thursday, July 9, 2026 from among all eligible entries received.

7. Prize. The Winner will receive one (1) grand prize package consisting of one (1) Kia golf umbrella, one (1) Kia blanket, two (2) Kia stadium seats, one (1) YETI Roadie 8, four (4) YETI tumblers, and four (4) ACGR 2027 tickets. The approximate retail value of the grand prize package is $768.00. Prize is non-transferable, and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion with a prize of equal or greater value.

8. Winner Notification. Prize award is subject to eligibility verification. The potential Winner will be notified by Sponsor on Friday, July 10, 2026 using the contact information provided on the entry form. If the potential Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the Prize within the time period specified by Sponsor, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from among the remaining eligible entries.

9. Release.  Entrants release the Sponsor and its principals, agents, affiliates, successors and assigns, and/or representatives, and any other person or entity associated with the Giveaway from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind, whatsoever, for injuries, damages or losses to person or property which may be sustained in connection with the Giveaway.

10. Taxes.  The Winners are solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, if any, relating to the Prize.  

11. Publicity.  Participation in the Giveaway constitutes Entrants' consent to Sponsor and its respective agents use of Entrants' name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.   

12. Jurisdiction and Venue.  By entering the Giveaway, Entrants agree that any and all disputes arising out of the Giveaway shall be adjudicated in the state and federal courts located in Kent County, Michigan. 

13. General Conditions.  Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Giveaway for any reason, including, but not limited to, if fraud technical failure, illicit activity or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.  Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Entrant they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. Pursuant to MCL 750.372, the Giveaway is a "promotional activity" that is calculated by the Sponsor to promote a business enterprise for the sale of its products or services.
