It can be fun to make food for friends or family during the holiday season, but it can be a little scary to load hot food into a car and attempt to drive with it in there. It is important for you to know how you can look out for the food and keep it from spilling.
  • Make sure that all of the food that you have with you is secure before you start to drive.
  • Drive a little slower than you normally would to keep the food from tipping.
  • Take curves and turns with extreme caution.
  • If you have passengers with you, ask them to look over the food while you are driving. They might even be able to hold it and keep it steady.
Those of us at Fox Kia in Grand Rapids hope that you have a happy holiday season - and a successful time traveling with food!
