Meet Us Monday is excited to feature Fox Hyundai KIA’s Parts Manager, Jeff Norton. Jeff has 22 years’ experience in the parts department with the last 10 years with Fox Hyundai KIA. Jeff manages all the parts that come into our store that are used in repairing the Hyundai, KIA brand and any make and model that comes in for repair in our service department. In addition, our parts department distributes Hyundai and KIA parts for all of West Michigan including as far North as Traverse City, South to Mishawaka, East to Saginaw, and West to the Lake Michigan shoreline.
Jeff is very organized with his department, has a great team that works with him and positive rapport with customers and employees. He is known as the “house chef” as he can be seen grilling for the techs and parts department as he host team meetings each month.
Jeff is married with 4 children, 3 grandchildren, and enjoys spending time with his wife and kids.
