For us here at Fox Kia in Grand Rapids, MI, there are few things more exciting that a brand-new Kia model, ready to take to the road and put a smile on your face sure to last for days and days. However, if we had to pick one thing that gets us more riled up, it would have to be concept vehicles. So when our favorite automaker announces a concept vehicle is soon to hit production, it causes a level of automotive joy rarely seen!
The model in question is the GT Concept that the Japanese automaker showed off about two years ago at the Frankfurt Motor Show in Germany. Positive reactions and a lot of fan interest has lead Kia to decide that it should hit production and get to the people who really want it.
Other than that one detail, everything else seems to be a bit hazy at the moment. No official word has been released yet on how closely the production model will match the four-door coupe concept, but we're hopeful. Certainly a little design tweaking is in order, inside and out, and we'll be sure to keep all our loyal readers up to date here on the blog as details arise.
