The Kia Rio received a smart makeover last year, and in turn became a big threat to its biggest competitors: the Ford Fiesta, Hyundai Accent, and Chevy Spark. A quite stylish compact car, the Rio is available with different bodystyle choices, loads of available features, an extensive warranty, and great fuel efficiency. Quite frankly, all of us at Fox Kia think it's one of the most impressive compacts on the road today.

Both the sedan and hatchback variants of the new Rio are presented with the labels LX, EX or SX. There is a small change in cost for the hatchback, priced at an additional $200 for each trim level.  The sedan starts at a mere $13,600 and the hatchback coming in at a conservative $13,800.

Each model comes standard with an abundance of features including 15-inch steel wheels, a split-folding rear seat, air-conditioning, a four-speaker audio system with satellite radio, iPod/USB, a CD player, and an aux audio jack. The possible base -level LX Power package adds keyless entry and power features.

At the top-of-the line, there is the SX Premium package which gives drivers keyless entry/ignition, sunroof, heated front seats, a large touchscreen navigation with real-time traffic reporting, and leather seating.
